IndianBureaucracy, New Delhi – Seven 2022 Batch of IAS Officer Trainees have recently been assigned as Assistant Secretaries in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
After successfully completing their district training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie, these Officer Trainees are designated as Assistant Secretaries across various Central Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.
The Trainee Officers are:
- Abhinav J Jain IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2022), holds a degree in B.Tech. and recently concluded his District training as Assistant Collector – Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Aishwarya Verma IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2022), holds a degree in B.Tech. and recently concluded his District training as Assistant Collector – Betul, Madhya Pradesh.
- Anand Malhotra IAS (Assam Meghalaya 2022), holds a degree in B.Tech. and recently concluded his District training as Assistant Collector – Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Manjunath R IAS (AGMUT 2022), holds a degree in B.Sc. and recently concluded his District training at Chandigarh.
- Naman Goyal IAS (Maharashtra 2022), holds a degree in B.Tech. and recently concluded his District training as Supernumerary Assistant Collector – Latur, Maharashtra.
- Namrata Choubey IAS (Chhattisgarh 2022), she recently concluded her District training as Assistant Collector – Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh.
- Shradha Shukla IAS (Telangana 2022), holds a degree in M.Sc. and recently concluded her District training as Assistant Collector – Hanamkonda, Telangana.
Starting from May 20, 2024, till July 12, 2024, for a period of eight weeks, the Officer Trainees will be actively participating in the day-to-day operations in their assigned duties. This period marks a critical step in their careers, offering firsthand experience in governance and policy implementation at the highest levels of the Indian bureaucracy.
