14 IAS appointments at Secretary Level – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of 14 IAS Officers at Secretary Level , Govt of India.

1. Shri Arun Singhal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1987) presently Secretary- Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers appointed as Director General- National Archives of India, Ministry of Culture .
2. Shri Anurag Jain IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1989) presently Secretary- Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry appointed as Secretary- Ministry of Road Transport and Highways .
3. Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh IAS (Kerala 1989) presently Secretary- Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying has been appointed as Secretary- Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry .
4. Ms. Alka Upadhyaya IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1990) presently Secretary- Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has been appointed as Secretary- Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying .
5. Ms. Anjali Bhawra IAS (Punjab 1988) presently Secretary- Department of Social Justice & Empowerment has been appointed as Secretary- National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs .
6. Shri Mukhmeet Singh Bhatia IAS (Jharkhand 1990) presently Secretary- Ministry of Minority Affairs  has been appointed as Chairperson- National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention .
7. Shri Saurabh Garg IAS (Odisha 1991) presently Chief Executive Officer- Unique Identification Authority of India has been appointed as Secretary- Department of Social Justice & Empowerment .
8. Shri Abhilaksh Likhi IAS (Haryana 1991) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty- Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying .
9. Ms. V Vidyavathi IAS (Karnataka 1991) presently Director General- Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty- Ministry of Tourism .
10. Shri Rakesh Sarwal IAS (Tripura 1988) presently Managing Director- National Waqf Development Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Minority Affairs  has been appointed as Additional Secretary- Inter State Council Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs.
11. Shri Rakesh Ranjan IAS (Manipur 1992) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education has been appointed as Additional Secretary- Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
12. Shri Faiz Ahmed Kidwai IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1996) presently in the cadre has been appointed as Additional Secretary- Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
13. Shri Indevar Pandey IAS (West Bengal 1988) presently Secretary- Ministry of Women and Child Development given additional charge of the post of Secretary- Ministry of Minority Affairs .
14. Shri Arun Baroka IAS (AGMUT 1990) presently Secretary- Department of Chemicals & Petro- Chemicals given additional charge of the post of Secretary- Department of Fertilizers .
