Indian Bureaucracy – Secretary Level Appointments Approved by ACC | The ACC has approved the following  appointments at Secy Level at the Centre with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :

1. Shri Arun Singhal IAS (UP 1987) presently Chief Executive Officer- Food Safety & Standards Authority of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as Secretary- Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.
2. Shri B.V.R. Subrahmanyam IAS (CG 1987) presently Secretary- Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry as Chairman & Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organization on contract basis for a period of two years in rank and pay of Secretary .
3. Ms. Anjali Bhawra IAS (PB 1988) presently Secretary- Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities as Secretary- Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.
4. Shri Rajesh Aggarwal IAS (MH 1989) presently Secretary- Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as Secretary- Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment .
5. Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh IAS (KL 1989) presently in the cadre as Secretary- Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
6. Shri Sunil Barthwal IAS (BH 1989) presently Secretary- Ministry of Labour & Employment as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry with immediate effect. The officer will take over as Secretary- Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry .
7. Shri Mukhmeet Singh Bhatia IAS (JH 1990) presently Director General- Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour and Employment as Secretary- Ministry of Minority Affairs.
8. Ms Arti Ahuja IAS (OR 1990) presently Secretary- Department of Chemicals and PetroChemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers as Secretary- Ministry of Labour & Employment .
9. Shri Vijoy Kumar Singh IAS (PB 1990) presently Special Secretary- Ministry of Textiles as Secretary- Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence.
10. Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari IAS (KN 1990) presently Special Secretary- Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as Secretary- Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship .
11. Shri Vivek Bhardwaj IAS (WB 1990) presently on Inter-cadre deputation as Secretary- Ministry of Mines .
12. Shri Arun Baroka IAS (UT 1990) presently Special Secretary- Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti as Secretary- Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers .
13. Shri Gudey Srinivas IAS (OR 1990) presently Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor- Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution as Secretary- Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
14. Shri Rajiv Jalota IAS (MH 1988) presently Chairperson, Mumbai Port Trust as Chairperson- Mumbal Port Trust . (Level of Special Secretary in rank and pay of Secretary)
