The SCOPE Academy of Public Sector Enterprises (APSE) recently organized an Executive Development Program on the theme “The Career Journey to Personal Effectiveness,” aimed at enhancing the capabilities of junior and mid-level executives from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). The weeklong program saw active participation from 33 executives representing 15 Public Sector Enterprises and was inaugurated by Shri Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE.
In his inspiring inaugural address, Shri Sobti highlighted the significant contributions of Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) to India’s economy and their ongoing role in fostering socio-economic development. He emphasized the importance of adopting the ‘3 Cs’—Conviction, Commitment, and Confidence—as guiding principles for career growth. Encouraging participants to think innovatively and develop a diverse skill set, he underlined the need for continuous personal and professional excellence to achieve greater success.
As part of its commitment to capacity building, SCOPE organizes regular workshops tailored for employees across various organizational levels, fostering growth and nurturing leadership within the public sector ecosystem.
