Ms. Sarika Aggarwal Synrem IDAS (2001) has been appointed as CVO – RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RCIL), Delhi/NCR under the Ministry of Railways (level 14) for an initial period of 3 years by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
RailTel Corporation of India Limited is a Mini Ratna (Category-I) Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Established in 2000, RailTel was created with the vision of modernizing the communication network of Indian Railways and leveraging its vast fiber-optic infrastructure for commercial telecom and broadband services across the country.
