Shri Sandeep Kumar Jha IAS (Telangana 2014) presently Collector & District Magistrate- Rajanna Sircilla is transferred and posted as Special Secretary – TR&B Department, Telangana.
Shri Sandeep Kumar Jha , alumnus of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, he graduated in Agriculture with distinction and further pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from the prestigious Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
During his tenure as Collector & District Magistrate, Rajanna Sircilla, Shri Jha earned admiration for his effective governance, people-centric approach, and emphasis on development-oriented administration. His leadership in implementing welfare schemes and fostering inclusive growth in the district has been widely appreciated.
A committed civil servant, he has earlier served in key roles such as Commissioner, Khammam; Sub-Collector, Vikarabad; and Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. Known for his administrative acumen and innovative problem-solving, Shri Jha continues to exemplify professionalism and integrity in public service. His new assignment as Special Secretary – TR&B Department is expected to further strengthen the state’s infrastructure and transport governance, reflecting his continued dedication to the progress of Telangana.
