Shri Sabyasachi Ghosh IAS (Telangana 1994) presently Special Chief Secretary – (Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Developmental Schemes Unit) is placed in FAC of the posts of Special Chief Secretary -Scheduled Caste Development Department and Commissioner, Scheduled Caste Development, duly relieving Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash IAS . Shri Sabyasachi Ghosh shall continue to hold the FAC posts of Spl. Chief Secretary – Tribal Welfare Department, Spl. Chief Secretary – Welfare and Commissioner, Tribal Welfare, Telangana.
