Shri S.M. Vijayanand IAS (Kerala 1981) returning recently to his parent cadre Kerala, from central deputation as Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj,will be appointed as Chief Secretary Government of Kerala, in place of Shri Pradeep Kumar Mohanty IAS.
