Shri S M Sahai IPS (Jammu & Kashmir 1987) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) on in-situ basis by temporarily upgrading the post of Joint Secretary held by the officer at Additional Director General equivalent for a period of two years.
