Shri Ravi Ranjan Kumar Vikram has been appointed by promotion from SCS to IAS of Jharkhand cadre on declaration of his name as ‘Unconditional and Final’ by the UPSC vide its letter No.5/26/12022-A1S dated 08.12.2022 in the Select List of 2021 and this Department’s Notification No 14015/10/2022-A1S(1)-B dated 20.12.2022.
