Shri Ravi Dhawan IAS (AGMUT 2011) presently transfer from DNHDD , has been post as Special Secretary, Power with additional charge of MD, IPGCL/PPCL and Chairman, Technical Evaluation Committee in Law Department for a period of one month or till the Committee continues to function, whichever is later and Special Secretary, Planning and Nodal Officer of Special Monitoring Cell in the Planning Department, reporting directly to Chief Secretary w.r.t following mattars; G-20, Annual Plan 2023, CAQM and NGT.
