Ms Rakhee Gupta Bhandari IAS (Punjab 1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance period of her combined seven year central deputation tenure upto 30.04.2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Rakesh Mohan, IA&AS (1987).
