I the undersign Chandrakant Rathod living in the United State. Landed Mumbai on 30 early morning at 1:30 Lufthansa flight No LH 4273 from Frankfurt.
Sir Very disappointed to the service at the clearing.
We with my wife stayed in line First and business class counter for 1;45 to 2 hours ,minimum i would say must be 400 passenger and total we would guess about 3000 passengers,i am not kidding.with 400 or so passenger in line only one counter was handling one man and one Lady. Dear sir, With this much traffic only one counter and during this period person went tow times for 10-15 minute break and one break to get water bottle filled for fellow officer.Foreigners standing in front were so mad and made the comments i can not mentioned.handicapped people were very much frustrated and children were cried. ITS A VERY BAD IMPRESSIONS ON OUR PART.I KNOW MAY BE VERY SHORT HAND BUT SUPERVISORS SHOULD CALL EXTRA i am coming almost every 2-3 years to visit my family VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. HOPE SOMEONE SEE THIS.THANK YOU VERY MUCH
