Shri Rajiv Ranjan IPS (Sikkim 2005) presently Joint Director – CBI has been given extension in deputation tenure for a period of two years i.e. from 31.05.2026 to 30.05.2028 (7 years in total).

The position of Joint Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is one of the most significant leadership roles within India’s premier investigative agency.
