Shri Rajit Punhani IAS (Bihar 1991) presently Chief Vigilance Officer, National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Power has been given upgradation on in-situ basis to the level of Additional Secretary to the GoI by temporarily upgrading the posts as Chief Vigilance Officer, National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Power in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
