Shri Rajesh Bhushan IAS (Bihar 1987) presently Secretary, Department of Rural Development , has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
