Dr.Rajat Bhargawa IAS (AP 1990) presently posted as Joint Secretary (Budget)DEA in the Ministry of Finance GOI is likely to move out from Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
Dr Rajat has is science graduate with a PG in Geology and PhD in Geological Engineering . He has also done his LLB and MBA in Financial Management. He started his Indian bureaucracy career in 1992 as Asstt Collector and DM -Anantapur and has held important portfolios in Rural Development, Textiles,Railways and Information & Broadcasting.
