Dr Rajat has is science graduate with a PG in Geology and PhD in Geological Engineering . He has also done his LLB and MBA in Financial Management. He started his Indian bureaucracy career in 1992 as Asstt Collector and DM -Anantapur and has held important portfolios in Rural Development, Textiles,Railways and Information & Broadcasting.
