Indian Bureaucracy News, Jaipur, October 9, 2025 | In view of the temporary absence of certain senior officials on foreign assignment, the Rajasthan government has assigned additional charges to designated IAS officers. The Department of Personnel issued orders on October 8, 2025, effective immediately, covering the period from October 8 to 13, 2025, excluding travel time.

  1. Dr Samit Sharma IAS (Rajasthan 2004), Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Fisheries Department, Jaipur, will have his portfolio temporarily managed by –  Smt Sreya Guha IAS (Rajasthan 1994), Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development Department, Jaipur.
  2. Shri Rajan Vishal IAS (Rajasthan 2004), Secretary in the Agriculture and Horticulture Department, and, Panchayat Raj (Agriculture) Department, with additional charge of  Chairman – Rajasthan State Seeds Corporation, Jaipur, will have his portfolio temporarily managed by –  Shri Vaibhav Galriya IAS (Rajasthan 1998), Principal Secretary, Finance, Excise, and Taxation Department, Jaipur.
  3. Smt Chinmayee Gopal IAS (Rajasthan 2014), Commissioner, Agriculture and Panchayat Raj (Agriculture) Department, with additional charge of Commissioner, Horticulture, Rajasthan, Jaipur, will have her portfolio temporarily managed by – Shri Suresh Kumar Ola IAS (Rajasthan 2014), Commissioner (Investment and NRI),  Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), Rajasthan, Jaipur.
