Indian Bureaucracy, February 05, 2025 | The govt of Rajasthan today notified restructuring of portfolios held by 8 IAS and 2 RAS officers including senior bureaucrats Shri Kuldeep Ranka who now heads Protection of Child Rights in the state and Smt Sreya Guha, who is now the state’s Mission Director -of Livelihood Projects. The detailed list of officers and their new roles and responsibilities is listed below.

  1. Shri Kuldeep Ranka IAS (Rajasthan 1994) presently, Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, and Panchayati Raj Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner – Department for Child Rights, Rajasthan, and, Chairman – Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Jaipur.
  2. Smt Sreya Guha IAS (Rajasthan 1994), presently, Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development, Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Rajasthan State Mission Director – Livelihood Projects and Self Help Groups, Jaipur.
  3. Dr Arushi Ajey Malik IAS (Rajasthan 2005), Chairman, RAJSICO, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Managing Director – Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation Limited (RAJSICO), Jaipur.
  4. Smt Shivangi Swarnkar IAS (Rajasthan 2011), presently, Managing Director, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Commissioner – Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), Rajasthan, Jaipur, and Commissioner (Investment and NRIs) – Bureau of Investment Promotion, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
  5. Shri Suresh Kumar Ola IAS (Rajasthan 2014), presently, Commissioner, Horticulture, Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Joint Secretary – Finance (Exp-II) Department, Jaipur.
  6. Shri Bachanesh Kumar Agrawal IAS (Rajasthan 2014), presently, Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department and Ex-officio Joint Secretary, Panchayati Raj (Social Justice and Empowerment) Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Commissioner & Special Secretary – Disabilities, Rajasthan, and, Director General – Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Foundation (Ambedkar Peeth), Jaipur.
  7. Shri Shaheen Ali Khan IAS, presently, Project Director, Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Additional Chief Executive Officer –  State Health Assurance Agency, Rajasthan.
  8. Dr T Shubhamangala IAS (Rajasthan 2018), presently, Additional Mission Director, National Health Mission, Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Director – Medical (I.E.C.) Department, Rajasthan.
  9. Shri Arun Prakash Sharma RAS, presently, Joint Secretary to Government, Administrative Reforms Department, Jaipur, has been given additional charge as Joint Secretary – Administrative Reforms, and, Coordination – RPG, Printing & Stationery Department, Rajasthan.
  10. Shri Arun Prakash Sharma RAS, presently, Joint Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department, will officiate in place of Shri Harsh Sawan Sukha IAS (Rajasthan 2014), during his election duty period. Shri Shukla is presently, Director, Public Services and ex-officio Joint Secretary, Redressal of Public Grievances Department, Rajasthan.
