Shri Rahul Singh IAS (Bihar 1996) , has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years , against a new post of Joint Secretary for the India Presidency Secretariat, G 20 & BRICKS in DOPT.
