Ms. Rachna Shah IAS (Kerala 1991) presently Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry as Officer on Special Duty, Ministry of Textiles. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Textiles vice Shri Upendra Prasad Singh IAS (Odisha 1985) upon his superannuation on 31.10.2022.
