Shri Rabindra Panwar IAS (Bihar 1985) presently Special Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Home Affairs , has been appointed as OSD, Ministry of Women and Child Development. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development w.e.f. 01.04.2019 upon superannuation of Shri Rakesh Srivastava, IAS (RJ:81) on 31.03.2019.
