Shri R Subrahmanyam IAS (Andhra Pradesh 1985) presently Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment , has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs with immediate effect and till the appointment of a regular incumbent .
