Shri Rahul Prasad Bhatnagar IAS (UP:1983) has been appointed as Chief Secretary , UP Vice Shri Deepak Singhal IAS (UP:1982).

In addition to Chief Secretary post Bhatnagar has been given with the responsibilities Chief Resident Commissioner (Govt of UP), Delhi and Chairman, Pradeshiya Industrial & Investment Corporation of UP Limited.
