Shri R K Gathwal CSS, has been given extension in upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary (Director level) to Additional Secretary (JS level) in Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the third year upto 07.09.2018 and for the fourth year upto 07.09.2019, on ex-post facto basis and for the fifth year for term upto 07.09.2020.
