Indian Bureaucracy News, Chandigarh, October 08, 2025 | In a development just in from Punjab, the state government has issued transfer orders for 128 ASPs and DSPs across districts and allotted first postings to five newly inducted IPS officers following completion of their Basic Training.

The complete list is given below.
  1. Shri Ashok Meena IPS (Punjab 2022), presently awaiting posting on completion of Basic Training, is appointed as ASP – SD North, Jalandhar, Punjab.
  2. Shri Dharavath Sai Prakash IPS (Punjab 2022), presently awaiting posting on completion of Basic Training, is appointed as ASP – Intelligence Wing, Punjab.
  3. Shri Anubhav Jain IPS (Punjab 2023), presently awaiting posting on completion of Basic Training, is appointed as ASP – SD East, Amritsar, Punjab.
  4. Smt Ghazalpreet Kaur IPS (Punjab 2023), presently awaiting posting on completion of Basic Training, is appointed as ASP – SD Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab.
  5. Shri Dheerendra Verma IPS (Punjab 2023), presently awaiting posting on completion of Basic Training, is appointed as ASP – SD Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala, Punjab.
