Punjab – 16 IPS Reshuffle in Punjab Police | The Punjab Police has reshuffled 16 IPS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :

1. Shri Naunihal Singh IPS (1997)  appointed as Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab .
2. Shri Arun Pal Singh IPS (1997)  appointed as ADGP, Modernization, Punjab .
3. Shri R K Jaiswal IPS (1997)  appointed as ADGP, STF, Punjab, SAS Nagar, Punjab .
4. Shri Gurinder Singh Dhillon IPS (1997)  appointed as ADGP, Law & Order, Punjab, Chandigarh .
5. Shri Mohnish Chawla IPS (1997)  appointed as ADGP, State Crime Record Bureau, Punjab , Chandigarh.
6. Shri Surinderpal Singh Parmar IPS (1997)  appointed as ADGP, Bathinda Range, Bathinda, Punjab .
7. Shri Jaskaran Singh IPS (1998) presently Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab transferred as IGP, Intelligence, SAS Nagar, Punjab .
8. Shri Gursharan Singh Sandhu IPS (2004) presently IGP- Jalandhar Range transferred as IGP, Crime, Punjab, Chandigarh.
9. Shri Baljot Singh Rathore IPS (2004) appointed as IGP, GRP, Patiala, Punjab .
10. Shri Gurpreet Singh Bhullar IPS (2004) appointed as IGP, AGTF and IGP – Rupnagar Range, .
11. Shri Ajay Maluja IPS (2009) presently Available for posting now posted as DIG, STF, Bathinda, Punjab .
12. Shri Narinder Bhargav IPS (2008) presently DIG, NRI Ludhiana given additional charge DIG- Border Range, Amritsar, Punjab .
13. Shri Naveen Singla IPS (2009)  appointed as  DIG, Intelligence, SAS Nagar, Punjab .
14. Shri Swapan Sharma IPS (2009)  appointed as DIG, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar, Punjab .
15. Shri Rakesh Kumar Kaushal IPS (2009)  appointed as DIG, Crime, Chandigarh, Punjab .
