Public sector Bank employees have threatened to go on a one day strike today against government’s proposed move for consolidation of banks. The strike called by all union under the umbrella of United Forum of Bank Unions may affect services in public sector banks.
Other demands include no write off policy of NPA’s of corporate loans, declaring wilful default of loans as criminal offence and implementation of recommendations of Parliamentary Committee on recovery of NPAs.
