Shri Pranabjyoti Nath IAS (Kerala 2005), presently Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Govt of Kerala, has taken charge as the Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala. He was also recently appointed as the CVO of NALCO at Bhubaneswar. The appoint comes in the lead-up to the November By-elections for the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat and the Palakkad and Chelakkara Assembly seats. He takes over the position from Shri Sanjay Kaul (Kerala 2001) IAS.
