Pawan Hans Limited (PHL) signed an memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) for its performance evaluation parameters and targets for the year 2017-18 on July 19, 2017 by Dr.B.P Shrama,CMD,PHL and R.N Choubey, Secretary, MoCA at Delhi in the presence of Ms. Usha Padhee, Joint Secy, Rubina Ali,Director, Dhirender Sahai, CFO and other senior officials of Pawan Hans and MoCA.
The MOU 2017-18 has specific targets of fully utilization of Human Resources in order to achieve improved serviceability, higher deployment, higher revenue, higher profitability, implement cost control measures, expeditious settlement of pending issues, expeditious recovery of outstanding from customers, dedicated efforts for seaplane/fixed wing services, explore new business initiatives for growth, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, Development and Corporate Governance compliances.
