Pawan Hans Limited (PHL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) of India for its performance evaluation parameters and targets for the year 2017-18. The MOU was signed on November 28, 2016 by Dr. B.P Shrama, CMD, PHL and R N Choubey, Secretary, MoCA at Delhi in the presence of Usha Padhee, Joint Secy, Arun Kumar, Joint Secy, MOCA, Anil Srivastava, JS, Dr. Renu Singh Parmar, Economic Advisor and other senior officials of Pawan Hans and MoCA.
The MOU 2017-18 has specific targets of fully utilisation of Human Resources in order to achieve improved serviceability, higher deployment, higher revenue, higher profitability, implement cost control measures, expeditious settlement of pending issues, expeditious recovery of outstanding from customers, dedicated efforts for seaplane/fixed wing services, explore new business initiatives for growth, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, Development and Corporate Governance compliance.
