Shri Parthasarathy Bhaskar Devarakonda IRS (C&IT 2012) presently Deputy Secretary- Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances has been appointed as Deputy Secretary – Cabinet Secretariat under the Central Staffing Scheme on ‘lateral shift’ basis for a tenure upto 22.06.2026 (i.e. balance period of his four year deputation tenure under Central Staffing Scheme (Deputy Secretary level) by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
