Shri Kumar is an accomplished alumnus of Patna University, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree in Arts. Further enhancing his expertise, he underwent specialized training in High-Speed Transport in China, showcasing his commitment to staying abreast of global advancements in transportation.
Mr. Kumar has demonstrated exceptional versatility and dedication throughout his career with Indian Railways. He has served with distinction in various pivotal roles, including Assistant Operation Manager in Danapur, Divisional Traffic Manager in Brakakana, Deputy Chief Operations Manager (Coaching and Freight) at ECR HQ in Hajipur, and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager in Danapur. His remarkable leadership continued as Senior Divisional Operations Manager in both the Danapur and Dhanbad Divisions, contributing significantly to the operational excellence of Indian Railways.
