Shri P Manoj Kumar ISS (1998), has been appointed as DG, Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Shri Praveen Mal Khanooja IA&AS (1994).
