Shri P J Vijayakar IFoS (Assam- Meghalaya 1993) presently CVO, Rashtriya lspat Nigam Ltd. (RINL), Visakhapatnam, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre, with immediate effect, with the condition of extended Cooling off. Earlier he was Chief Vigilance Officer for The Hindustan Shipyard Limited.
