Ms P Hemalatha IAS (Karnataka 2000) presently Development Commissioner- Cochin SEZ given extension in additional charge as Secretary (JS Level), Spices Board for a period of three months w.e.f. 24.10.2025 to 23.01.2026 by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

Ms. P. Hemalatha, an accomplished Indian Administrative Service officer, presently serves as the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ), and holds additional charge as Secretary (Joint Secretary level), Spices Board.
