Oil India Limited (OIL), India’s second largest National Exploration & Production Company, won the coveted Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) Award 2021 in the category Exploration & Production- Company of the Year and Excellence in Human Resource Management, in the glittering FIPI Awards ceremony held at New Delhi, on 27th Jan, 2021. The award was presented by Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Steel Sri Dharmendra Pradhan and Secretary (P&NG), Sri Tarun Kapoor in the august presence of eminent personalities from the Industry and academia, to Sri Sushil Chandra Mishra, Chairman and Managing Director, OIL along with members on the Board of OIL including Sri Biswajit Roy, Director (Human Resources & Business development), Dr. P. Chandrasekaran, Director (Exploration & Development) and Shri Harish Madhav, Director (Finance).
The Award is in recognition of Oil India Limited’s leading performance in exploration, development and operational efficiencies in exploration and production for Oil and Gas and path breaking initiatives &partnerships with other business functionsundertaken under Human Resource Management (HRM) for achieving strategic goals for the company.
