NTPC’s wholly owned subsidiary NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) paid Final Dividend of Rs.30 Crore equivalent to 150 percent of equity of NTPC for the financial year 2016-17. The dividend cheque was given by Shri A. K. Garg, CEO, NVVN to Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC in the presence of senior officials of both the companies. NVVN has paid cumulative dividend of Rs.137.63 Crore to NTPC since inception.
