Ms Nisha Mahendrabhai Thakore presently Advocate has been appointed as Judge- Gujarat High Court by the President of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India (Vide notification dated 16.10.2021, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India) w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge.
