Shri Niraj Kumar IAS (Jammu Kashmir 2010) presently Additional Resident Commissioner and ex-officio Secretary, Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, has been appointed as Nodal Officer of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for Coordinating the Parliament/other related issues with Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
