In an Indian Bureaucracy PSU news update, NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company and a ‘Mini Ratna’ Category-I Enterprise of the Government of India has been awarded Excellence in CSR/Environment Protection and Conservation at the 8th India Pride Awards 2016-17.
The award was received by Shri K.M. Singh, CMD, NHPC and Shri Balraj Joshi, Director (Technical), NHPC from Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Communications and Union Minister of State, Ministry of Railways, Government of India at a glittering function at New Delhi on 27th March 2017.
