Shri Nasir Kamal IPS (Uttar Pradesh 1986) presently Special DG- BSF , has been appointed as Director (Level 16 of the pay matrix), National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science (NICFS) by temporarily upgrading the post from ADG level to DG level (Level 16 of the pay matrix) as a measure personal to him.
