Smt Nandini Paliwal IAS (AGMUT 2003), previously, Commissioner & Secretary, Vigilance, Shipping, Power, Civil Aviation & PWD Revenue, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, was transferred to the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, where, awaiting her posting, she is now appointed as Secretary – Higher Education & Training and Technical Education, New Delhi, with additional charge of Managing Director – Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation (DCHFC), New Delhi.
