Honourable Governor of Jharkhand Ms. Droupadi Murmu conferred the J Mathai National Fellowship Award on Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD, Nalco, during the 28th Annual Management Education Convention held at Ranchi University . Dr. Chand also addressed the convention on ‘Transforming India into Knowledge Society’.
