The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) successfully resolved 17,009 Public Grievances, 50 PMO references, and 2,366 Public Grievance Appeals between November 2022 and August 2023. During the same period, 573 MP references, 36 Parliamentary assurances, and 21 IMC references (Cabinet proposals) were also addressed.

To further accelerate these efforts, MoRTH is launching Special Campaign 3.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2023. This campaign aims to institutionalize cleanliness (Swachhata) and reduce pending matters in MoRTH and its subordinate offices, including NHAI, NHIDCL, and IAHE. Field and outstation offices will receive special attention during this campaign.

All officers have been instructed to prioritize the resolution of identified references and issues during this campaign period. Nodal officers from NHAI, NHIDCL, and IAHE will oversee implementation and coordination.

The Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) will monitor and oversee the campaign, continuing the government’s efforts to address public grievances and promote cleanliness, as seen in previous Special Campaigns conducted in 2021 and 2022.
