SS Rao will deliver the Welcome Address and Mr. GS Bawa, Secretary, PRSD will Moderate the Webinar. Shri  AtulSobti, DG, SCOPE  is not only  going to talk about the “way forward for communicators during such crisis:; he will take Questions too from the attendees.
