Shri Manoj Kumar Singh IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1988) presently Principal Secretary to Govt of UP,Urban Development, Urban Employment & Poverty Revolution Department and State Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission(Urban), UP, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Govt of UP, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
