Shri Manoj Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 2009) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Minister of State I/C) for Power and New and Renewable Energy and Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Shri Raj Kumar Singh) in the Ministry of Power at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period upto 19.12.2022 (i.e. balance period of five years as PS/OSD in a Minister’s staff) with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post.
