Ms. Mamta Singh IPS (Haryana 1996) presently IGP, South Range, Rewari has been posted has been appointed as Joint Director, Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban,

Deciding not to pursue MBBS,  she joined the police services in 1996 and her parents also supported this decision. As a police officer, she stood against human rights violations in the Naxal-infested areas of Chhattisgarh and West Bengal. Her exemplary work was awarded with the President’s Police Medal.
