19 IAS Reshuffle in Tamil Nadu – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Tamil Nadu Govt has shifted 19 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

1. Dr. Darez Ahamed IAS ( 2005) presently Commissioner- Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Special Program Implementation Department (SPID) vice Gagandeep Singh Bedi IAS (Tamil Nadu 1993) and also hold the post of Commissioner of Social Security Scheme, Office of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration in full additional charge.
2. Shri C Umashankar IAS ( 1990) presently Additional Chief Secretary/ Commissioner0 Disciplinary Proceedings Chennai transferred as Additional Chief Secretary/ Director- Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute.
3. Smt S Malarvizhi IAS ( 2009) presently Vice Chairperson, Science City, Chennai transferred as Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources department .
4. Dr. N Venkatachalam IAS ( 2005) presently Commissioner of Social Security Scheme transferred as Commissioner of Land Reforms , holding additional charge; He shall also hold the post of Director of Land Reforms/Ex-Officio Director of Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax in full additional charge .
5. Shri A Sivagnanam IAS ( 2010) presently Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation transferred as Additional Secretary to Government, Public and Rehabilitation Department in the cadre post.
6. Smt V Kalaiarasi IAS ( 2005) presently Special Secretary to Government, Public and Rehabilitation Department transferred as Additional Commissioner of – Revenue Administration, Commissionerate – of – Revenue Administration and Disaster Management .
7. Shri A Suganthi IAS ( 2003) presently Commissioner of Museum transferred as Special Secretary to Government, Home, Prohibition and Excise Department .
8. Dr. J U Chandrakala IAS ( 2013) presently Director, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute transferred as Director cum Mission Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme
9. Smt V Amuthavalli IAS ( 2005) presently Project Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme and Commissioner of Social Welfare (FAC) transferred as Commissioner of Social Welfare.
10. Smt Mageswari Ravikumar IAS( 2011) presently formerly Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, on return from leave is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.
11. Shri Simranjeet Singh Kahlon IAS( 2016) presently Executive Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board transferred as Deputy Director of Municipal Administration .
12. Shri J Jayakanthan IAS( 2005) presently formerly Commissioner of Geology and Mining transferred as Special Secretary to Government, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department .
13. Smt J E Padmaja IAS( 2017) presently Chief Operating Officer, Vazhnthu Kattuvom Project transferred as Deputy Secretary to Government, Public Department.
14. Shri R Gajalakshmi IAS( 2009) presently Additional Secretary – Home, Prohibition and Excise Department are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Text Book and Educational Services Corporation for appointment as its Managing Director .
15. Shri S Palanisamy IAS( 2009) presently Additional Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Warehousing Corporation for appointment as its ‘Managing Director .
16. Smt R Lalitha IAS( 2010) presently Additional Director of Municipal Administration .are placed at the disposal of Greater Chennai Corporation for appointment as its Additional Commissioner (Revenue and Finance) .
17. Shri Anand Mohan IAS ( 2018) presently as Deputy Commissioner (Revenue and Finance), Greater Chennai Corporation is hereby cancelled. Shri Anand Mohan, IAS shall continue to hold the post of Commissioner, Nagercoil District, Corporation of Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
18. Shri C A Rishab IAS ( 2019) presently Additional Collector (Dev.) /Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Tiruvallur are placed at the disposal of District Rural Development Agency, Tiruvannamalai for appointment as its Additional Collector (Dev.) / Project Officer .
19. Dr. N O Sukhaputra IAS( 2017) presently Additional Collector (Revenue), Thanjavur District are placed at the disposal of District Rural Development Agency, Tiruvallur for appointment as its Additional – Collector (Dev.) / Project Officer .
